Damages and issues with your order
If your order is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us via email (sales@broccolimag.com) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have photos of the damage, please include those so we can determine how the damage was caused, in case there's any action on our side we can take to prevent it happening in the future.
Returns and exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If there's something wrong with your order, please email us (sales@broccolimag.com) and we'll do our best to make it right.
